Are you leading an active lifestyle? Do you want to build healthy lean muscle mass? Most probably you've heard of the saying "Abs are made in the kitchen" :) That's because the secret to lifelong fit results is in the proper nutrition followed by a workout plan (and not the other way around) ;) Of course having fun and enjoying life while getting into your best shape! :)
So let’s get together and learn some simple steps to reach our goals all the while making new friends!
SHORT AGENDA:
We will first assess our own wellness profile, and see what kid of nutrition and exercise level can support us in reaching our individual fit goal(s).
- The WELLNESS PROFILE is special full body scan that determines not only our weight but also our body fat, muscles mass, how old our bodies truly "feel" (metabolic age), how well hydrated we are and so much more.
- Once we know and understand our bodies better, we can then deep dive into and tailor our PERSONAL NUTRITION NEEDS in order to function at our best, get the fat burning and abs showing! Here we will discuss meal plans, pre/post workout snack tips and hydration while intensive workout, and talk about ongoing support for a healthy and fit lifestyle!
Both, the Wellness profile assessment + Personal Meal plan advice are estimated to cost a total of 60eur, but as I am excited to help you achieve your fit goals and would love to help those you love, I'm extending the offer for a FREE Wellness Profile + Personal Meal Plan advise to your friends and family, that are more than welcome to join us in this workshop.
