Vitality Program Running Training
Each thursday there will be a one hour running training. This will be under the guidance of our professional trainer Raoul Spronken from Maastricht Running Tours
You will be challenged on your own level within the dynamic of the group. However, some experience is required. The minimum level must be between 6 to 7 minutes per kilometer.
Location UM Sports: P.Debeyelaan 15. There is a possibility to leave your belongings in a locker and to take a shower after training.
