Neeru has volunteerd to guide us in a weekly practice of meditation and Pranayam (Breathing exercise) once per week on Wednesdays at 7pm.

Meditation is a practice of cultivating awareness of our habitual thought patterns, and pranayama is a practice of refining breathing ability and awareness of prana flow.

When? Wednesdays, 18:50-19:45
Where? Snelleman gym, Woelwijkstraat 39
How to get there? 5 minute walk from Zaagmolenbrug tram stop
Cost? €3
What to wear? clothing that is both comfortable and made from breathable fabric (like cotton, bamboo or jersey).
