Neeru has volunteerd to guide us in a weekly practice of meditation and Pranayam (Breathing exercise) once per week on Wednesdays at 7pm.

Meditation is a practice of cultivating awareness of our habitual thought patterns, and pranayama is a practice of refining breathing ability and awareness of prana flow.
