The course is designed to give you a steady base for your own practice at home.

You will learn the whole series of HYT exercises. Once known, they only take about 30 minutes and fit into the busiest lifestyle. The exercises are very simple and can handle even the women who have no previous experience with yoga. It is suitable to practice 3 to 4 times a week for at least 3-4 months.
